Doradztwo - Wojciech Kułagowski

 In 1976, I have graduated Politechnika Warszawska (Warsaw Technical University), faculty of Mechanics, Power Engineering and Aviation, Specialization: power systems and equipment. In 1995, I have graduated a one-year post-graduate course in Management at SGH in Warsaw (Warsaw High School of Economics), followed by a post-graduate course at the Academy of European and Polish Law (SGH) as well as a number of courses and vocational training programmes in Poland and abroad, including a Building Energy Certification course in 2008.

I started my professional career in 1976, as intern construction engineer in the Industrial Pumps Research and Development Centre.

In 1978-1991 I worked in Elektrociepłownie Warszawskie S.A. (the biggest CPH complex in Poland), in the positions of shift manager, supervision inspector, head of the Generation Department, manager of the Operational Control Division and Chief Engineer of Elektrociepłownia Żerań.

From 1991, I worked in Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (Polish Transmission Network Company) , initially in the position of the management board proxy, then Head of Electrical Power Trading, and since 1997 in the position of Managing Director of the Transmission System - National Power Dispatch. In 1999 - 2001 I worked in the Elektrownie Szczytowo-Pompowe S.A.(the biggest pump storage plant complex in Poland), daughter company of PSE S.A., in the position of vice-president of the management board.

Then, in 2001 – 2005, I worked in Elektrim Volt S.A. respectively as sales director, member of the management board and, since October 2002, as president of the management board.

In 2005 – 2007, I worked as vice-president of the management board at PSE Operator S.A., being responsible, among other things, for the network infrastructure.

In 2008, I shortly took the position of director in the Field Office of Tauron S.A. in Warsaw.
I am the co-founder of business associations such as Towarzystwo Obrotu Energią (Energy Trading Association) and Polskie Towarzystwo Certyfikacji Energii (Polish Energy Certification Association).

I was the chairman of  Hydroelectric Plants Association (Towarzystwo Elektrowni Wodnych) and the vice-chairman of the Polish Energy Certification Association and member of the Polish Electrical Power Committee. I am member of the Energy Trading Associationand and the Polish Energy Certification Association.
